Respiratory Hygiene

Covering of the mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing either with your elbow, or a tissue or paper towel that must be discarded off immediately into a waste bin that can close.

Face masks are compulsory for both the practitioner and patient throughout the entire session.

Personal Hygiene

I, personally, take it upon myself to wash my hands (with soap and water) and hand rub with disinfection (70% recommended alcohol solution) between each patient. Each patient is required to wash their hands prior to their appointment.

Social Distancing

If you have a cough, fever (above 38 degrees), sore throat, malaise your appointment will be re-scheduled until a date that you're risk symptom free.

If you've had exposure to anyone with suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days and/or worked or attended a clinic facility treating COVID-19 patients your appointment will be re-scheduled until a 14 day self-isolation protocol has been followed.

Appointments have been staggered to allow sufficient time to disinfect and air out the treatment room.

Patients should arrive alone for their treatment session at the time of their appointment to avoid sitting and overcrowding the waiting room. Patients should only be accompanied if minors, or require assistance.

Room Hygiene

Appropriate cleaning and disinfecting of general surfaces that may have been exposed to, or that potentially have virus containing droplets.

Rooms must remain open with adequate air flow.

Gowns that are used will not accumulate in changing rooms, and will be removed for cleaning between patients.

*patients will be denied treatment if these guidelines aren't adhered to.
